Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. However, due to the unique location of our hotel in Bajram Curri — the northernmost city of Albania — it is often difficult to rebook rooms on short notice. For this reason, our cancellation policy is as follows:

• ✅ Cancellations made more than 3 days prior to the scheduled check-in date will incur a 70% cancellation fee of the total booking amount.

• ❌ Cancellations made within 3 days of check-in (including same-day cancellations) are non-refundable and will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.

Please ensure your travel plans are confirmed before booking. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Processing Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Any transaction fees charged by banks or payment gateways are non-refundable.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for refunds or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government-imposed travel restrictions.
