We understand that plans can change. However, due to the unique location of our hotel in Bajram Curri - the northernmost city of Albania - it is often difficult to rebook rooms on short notice. For this reason, our cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellations made more than 3 days prior to the check-in date will incur a 70% cancellation fee of the total booking amount.

Cancellations made within 3 days of the check-in date (including same-day cancellations) will be non-refundable, and a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
